Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $75. Wax refill inserts automatically ship for free, so the insert cost is not calculated in the $75 minimum to quality for free shipping. If your order is over $75, and you've also ordered a wax refill, we will refund the shipping charge as the website has an unfixable glitch and always charges shipping when it shouldn't. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and we include insurance and tracking numbers to all shipments. We do our best to ship orders within 2 business days, but custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to make and ship.
